Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Account Requirements
- You must be authorized representative of your institution
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain current account information
Security Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Use strong passwords and enable MFA
Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are based on your chosen plan and number of users.
Pricing & Billing
- Fees are clearly stated on our pricing page
- Billing cycles are monthly or annual
- Invoices are available in your account dashboard
Refund Policy
- Fees are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion
- Unused time is not refunded upon cancellation
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
